Due to the personalized nature of our products, all orders are considered final once they have entered production. Production typically begins shortly after order confirmation.
We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee under the following conditions:
- Defective product
- Incorrect personalization caused by our error
- Damage during shipping

- We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or low-quality materials provided by the customer.
- Variations in AI-generated content, including likeness, tone, or artistic interpretation, are not considered defects.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are not eligible for refunds.
Claims
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include supporting evidence, such as photos of the issue.
Where applicable, we will first offer a replacement. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a replacement is not feasible.
